Psychological Counselling & Psychotherapy
Counselling generally refers to short-term consultation while psychotherapy typically refers to longer-term treatment. Counselling typically deals with present issues that are easily resolved on the conscious level whereas psychotherapy intensively and extensively examines a person’s psychological history.
Child Counselling & Child Care
Child counseling is a type of therapy that focuses on young children, teens, and adolescents with one or more mental illnesses. It also provides aid to youths, who have experienced trauma, and/or who are experiencing a dysfunctional or stressful home environment.
Teenage & Adult Counselling
Young adult issues, which may arise in those who are in their late teens and early twenties, may consist of difficulties with peers, sexual or developmental concerns, school or career challenges, family differences, and so on. The United States Department of Health and Human Services has redefined the young adult period as the time between ages 18 and 24.
Relation & Marital Counselling
Relationship counseling is the process of counseling the parties having troublesome differences and stress upon the relationship. Once the problem is known, an effort is made to recognize, and harmonize the situation so that it can be managed better.
Pregnancy Care Unit
Counselling is a two-way confidential communication process that helps pregnant women to examine their personal issues, make decisions, and make plans for taking action if they develop danger symptoms.
